Hi there.
I’m Jenny — a creative leader based in London, currently heading up the Creative Studio at Cleo, an AI-powered money app on a mission to improve how people relate to their finances.
At Cleo, I’ve led the studio through rapid growth — launching our first GTM campaign, delivering a full company rebrand, and leading creative across brand, motion, growth, and product. I manage a hybrid team of designers, writers, and freelancers, and partner closely with growth to shape paid strategy, scale performance-driven creative, and deliver high-impact work at pace.
I’ve evolved how the studio operates — from improving briefs and rolling out better tools, to building creative systems that scale. My approach combines structured kickoffs, focused reviews, and clear, actionable feedback that helps teams level up, while keeping collaboration and creativity at the core.
With a background in motion design, my work now spans brand building, creative ops, and performance strategy. I steer creative direction across a wide range of outputs — from product launches and campaigns to social, UGC, and internal comms — ensuring every touchpoint reflects Cleo’s voice and vision. AI tools like Runway and Visual Electric are part of our everyday process, used to explore ideas, prototype at speed, and raise the creative bar.
Before Cleo, I worked across agencies and studios including Plusone and DEPT, creating everything from polished longform brand content to weird social-first campaigns. I’ve collaborated with brands like eBay, Just Eat, and Philips, and bring experience across in-house, agency, and freelance environments. I care about building systems, and helping teams get the best out of design and motion.
A totally necessary video of me flipping at a trampoline park.
